There's no such thing. Unless you built it yourself. No company is going to assume criminal liability for your $8 per month. All the VPNs you recommended have advertising budgets larger than their operating costs. ProtonVPN and Mulvad are both recommended by security professionals. They claim to have a no logs policy too, and I don't believe them. But I can pay in bitcoin and Mulvad doesn't need my email. Proton has a proven track record for respecting users privacy.
