Try disconnecting BT, turn off WiFi and mobile data, and reconnect to the PI on BT. It's helpful to have a utility you can scan and ping with, I have an app called "Net Analyzer" that helps troubleshoot these issue quite well. The app package name is net.techet.netanalyzerlite.an
